Boudoir photography includes many different types and styles of intimate female portraiture. Everything from fun and sexy lingerie photos to creative artistic nudes. Boudoir sessions are tasteful photos that hint at sexiness. Every person has their own idea of what sexy is as well as what they are comfortable with. These sessions are cute, fun, sexy, flirty and even a bit sensual all the while maintaining your comfort level. Each individual client has the freedom to truly express herself with a photo session designed especially for her. You can be as modest or as bold as you wish, but you’ll never be asked to pose beyond the level you suggested during the planning session.

Boudoir photography is often used often as a personal gift from a woman to the special someone in her life. Also, many woman often use these sessions as a personnel gift to themselves to celebrate and capture her beauty forever. There are many occasions where a boudoir photograph will make a perfect gift to that special someone in your life. One of the busiest times of the year for boudoir photography is Valentine’s Day. Boudoir photographs make a great surprise gift that only you can give to a husband or boyfriend. We always have a special ally priced package during January and February. Anniversaries, Birthdays and Christmas are also popular times to give boudoir photography gifts.

One of the fastest growing areas of boudoir photography is for brides-to be to give to her groom on their wedding day. It is a perfect wedding night gift to your new husband. Many of our clients have stated how wonderful the look on their new husbands face was as he opened up a book of intimate photos taken for his eyes only. In fact, one of our most popular packages include your own custom designed book of images, complete with text if you desire.

Another area of boudoir photography that we offer is for wives and girlfriends whose significant other is being sent overseas to serve in the military. Boudoir photography offers a way for that special someone in your life to remember how beautiful you are and how much you care about him. We offer special military packages custom designed for each individual.

We also offer a very unique style of photography which we refer to as Fine Art Intimate Portraiture. This style of photography is designed to create a unique one of a kind intimate portrait that might be proudly displayed in your home. These portraits are often done with very special lighting designed to create an artistic portrait that might also be enhanced with digital post production. Many of these images are printed on canvas and often look like paintings.

The photo session will start off with a few simple poses to build your confidence. You’ll soon relax and enjoy yourself. You’ll be amazed how confident you’ll start to feel as you discover how easy this really is. You may wear sexy lingerie, be suggestive with implied nude poses or bare all. Your photography is tasteful and carried out in a sensitive relaxed manner by professional photographer Jim Gabbard. Jim always has a female assistant present in the room during the session. Many women prefer to bring a friend to the session to offer support and help with suggestions. If you prefer not to have a male photographer for your session, Jim can arrange for a female photographer to photograph your session or you may contact his friend and associate Tanya Myers. Let your photographer know how much you’re comfortable showing in your photos and trust them to keep the parts you want hidden to stay that way. Privacy is a concern and a high priority of ours due to the intimate nature of boudoir sessions. All boudoir images are kept in strict confidence and no images will be shown without permission from the client in writing. We use only professional labs and album companies that safeguard the privacy of our client’s images. If you choose a different photographer make sure they have a similar policy.

Bring clothing that you feel sexy and beautiful in. Bras, panties, corsets, teddies, stockings, tank tops, ripped jeans or cutoff shorts, sports jerseys & men’s business shirts are all popular. Don’t forget to bring accessories for each of your outfits as well as your sexiest shoes. Drink lots of water and wear loose fitting clothing to the session. There are no size, weight, or height limitations, every woman is beautiful in her own special way and boudoir photography is there to help you bring it out. While many women may feel that boudoir photography is primarily for younger women (over 18 of course), we have had women from all age groups up to 65 years old come to our studio for boudoir sessions.

We can also do a session where you and two or three of your best girlfriends can get together and do your sessions at the same time. These can be done at our private studio, your home or in a local hotel. Arrange for someone to come and do your hair and make-up, do your own or do each others. Each of you will be photographed individually as you are dressed (or undressed) and ready. Be sure to have some food and drinks handy as it can make for a long but very fun day.
